Extensive experiences in Palestine ( West Bank and Gaza Strip), Cyprus and Turkey, in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MELP), Strategic Planning, inclusive Education, Implementation of Safeguarding policies, proposal writing, Specialist with more than 15 years of experience working for various international Organizations and local Palestinian NGO’s. Extensive Technical, Operational working for donors including USAID, Save the Children, UNESCO, GIZ and GFA consulting group.

Busaina is highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about developing her career in the field of Technical theme and Managerial theme. Her commitment can be gauged from the fact she has different post graduates certificate, in addition to her contribution in different countries within different projects and organizations. She has been technical advisor, strategic planning consultant and M@E consultants for more than 10 years, and a technical team leader in various project related to business , M @ E and Education.

Possessing more than 10 years of experience of working in diverse managerial and Technical positions with multiple institutions and organizations, she has gained an extensive insight within this field. her key technical competencies include, but are not limited to, inclusive Education, TVET, Educational Training , TVET Quality Managment , Material development, Monitoring and Evaluation .

Working in different organizations, local and international help her be accomplish communicator, with excellent organizational, decision making, and time management skills, and has a proven track records of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.
