Digital Transformation of National TVET Systems
Digital transformation is necessary for all actors involved in the education, higher education, technical education, vocational training systems, in short, all creators of talent. How can the digital transformation be achieved while facing the technological, cultural, and even more so the challenges of user security and data protection? In this presentation, we propose a methodological approach to answer this question and guidelines for the development and implementation of TVET management information system.

Senior International Consultant in the field of Governance and steering of vocational training and technical education, Quality of training, Technical and Pedagogical Support to TVET institutions’ management teams, Operationalization of strategic development plans and Capacity building
Key competencies:
- Development of curricula based on Competency-Based Training in line with the labor market demand, Leadership coaching of training centers managers with focus on the quality of the training and the performance of training programs
- Team leader in international cooperation projects in support of the governance and piloting of vocational training policies, and strategic planning
- Advice and counsel to national agencies in the implementation and operationalization of reforms or strategic plans in TVET sector
- Advice and counsel to training centers for the development of strong and fruitful partnerships with private businesses and development of PPPs
- Audits (technical, pedagogical) of TVET institutions, implementation of mechanisms to do tracer studies, satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Design of online course content (Subject matter expert on TVET governance and TVET centers management)
